If you’re using Give A Little software on your Payaz device. But when something goes wrong or you just need a little guidance, it’s important to know where to go for help.
Payaz and Give A Little work closely together, but we handle different parts of your setup. Here’s a quick guide to make sure you always reach the right support team.
Who Handles What
Payaz and Give A Little are separate companies that partner to make digital giving simple. The easiest way to think about it is this:
- Payaz looks after the hardware — your tablet, stand, charger, and any physical components.
- Give A Little looks after the software — the app on your screen, your donation campaigns, and your online account.
So, depending on what kind of issue you’re having, you’ll contact one or the other.

When to Contact Payaz Instead
If your problem is with the device itself, for example, it’s not turning on, charging, or connecting to Wi-Fi — that’s where our Payaz Support Team comes in.
You can email us at support@payaz.com, and we’ll help troubleshoot any hardware issues. If needed, we’ll guide you through reconnecting your device to Give A Little once it’s working again.
In Summary
- Give A Little supports your software and campaigns.
- Payaz supports your hardware and connectivity.
Both teams work closely to make sure your setup runs smoothly. So even if you’re not sure who to contact, don’t worry — we’ll always point you in the right direction.
