Yes, when you download the breakdown it is downloaded using CSV format. To do this simply follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Start by logging on to the online portal at https://app.payaz.software/signin using the registered email address and password.
Step 2: On the dashboard click the big blue button labeled "Download" in the break down section of Device appeals Summary or Web Appeals summary depending on what one is applicable. This will then download the file locally on your machine.
