To give you some idea of our products and how we operate, they are a collaboration between ourselves and our partner:
- Payaz provides the hardware and SIM/data if required. The hardware is a one-off cost and data is a yearly cost (if applicable). All of the costs of our products are outlined on each page of each product.
- We have our own software used for donation collection and appeal creations for only £10 + VAT a month which you can view in more detail here https://www.payaz.com/getting-started-with-payaz/
- SumUp are our payment gateway provider. There are no reoccurring fees but a transaction fee of 1.49% (donation rate) which is currently the lowest available on the market.
Setup is fairly straightforward. In order to effectively use the hardware you will need to set up and account with SumUp and then create an account with Payaz. When the machine arrives you can then connect to WIFI or SIM and log in with your SumUp details to start taking donations.
You can create appeals, style your screen and change amounts etc on the device or via our online portal.
We have 3 main costs and an additional 4th if required:
- Initial one-off purchase of hardware from Payaz
- Monthly software fee of £10 + VAT
- Transactional fee of 1.49% (Donation Rate) to SumUp
- If you choose to use mobile data (where wifi isn't available) from Payaz
