Here are some things that you can attempt if you are having trouble connecting to your Wi-Fi within your organisation or church.
- Check a different device such as your phone or laptop to see if they're also struggling to maintain connection
- Move the GivingStation to different areas to see if the signal of the Wi-Fi degrades or improves
- If you see that the device is connected to the internet but is having trouble connecting to the Give a Little app, try loading a random webpage on Google Chrome to determine whether or not the G.A.L. app is the only affected app - If it appears that the G.A.L. app is struggling to maintain a connection, please contact our friends at Give a Little.
- You can reset your device's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings by searching for 'Reset Wi-Fi' in the device's general settings.
- Take the tablet either home or to a different area where you can attempt to connect to a different network
- Shut down the device and manually power it back on
- Ensure that your device and apps are running the latest versions of firmware and software
