The PayazGo is the only device we have that we need to install the SIM card at a factory level. This is due to how the device is made, meaning we need to put it in before assembling the device.
If you already have a PayazGO and want to add a SIM to it, you can send it back to us with the SIM and we will install it for you. Please, before sending it back, create a support ticket by email support@payaz.com and let us know you want to send your PayazGO back to get a SIM installed.
