My SumUp says it has been blocked

If you are getting a message on your SumUp card reader stating that the device has been blocked, this would suggest that there has been some misuse or tampering of the device meaning you will have to send us a quick email with the serial number of your order number, the serial for your SumUp and an image of the blocked message.
