My GivingStation doesn't seem to be charging

There could be a number of reasons that this is happening so we have included the steps on how to troubleshoot this below:


First, we would recommend determining whether or not the SumUp is still receiving power when plugged into the mains, if the tablet isn't receiving charge but the SumUp is, this would suggest it would be an issue with the internal splitter cable which we can provide a replacement for.


If neither devices are being charged by the mains, try using a different plug and cable going into the back of the device, if neither device is being charged, this would suggest that it is the internal splitter cable, if they are receiving charge then this would point more towards the external charging cable and/or plug.


If you are still having trouble charging the tablet only, try charging it directly from mains to tablet instead of through the splitter cable and if things still aren't looking up, we will be happy to take the tablet back to test it in-house for you.
