Why have I been billed? I haven't ordered anything

When you order a SIM from us, it will be billed annually, there is also a monthly fee for the premium software installed on our devices to allow for your cashless donations to be taken.


If you are still unsure what you have been billed for and don't believe it to be for your SIM or the software, please get in contact with us so that we can investigate this for you.
