Important Update: Changes to Payaz SIM

Thank you for being a loyal Payaz customer. We’re always looking for ways to improve our service and make life easier for you, our amazing community of churches and charities.

That’s why we want to let you know about some upcoming changes to our SIM cards.   

Please note that all Payaz devices are designed to work on Wi-Fi and do not require a SIM card if Wi-Fi is available. If Wi-Fi is not available, you will need to use a SIM card to access the internet. All our devices are unlocked and compatible with any network SIM. We do offer a selection of SIM cards for your convenience, but there is no requirement to purchase these from Payaz.
 
What’s Changing?

  • We are beginning to phase out our current SIM cards for several reasons.
  • Annual subscriptions: Your current SIM will be deactivated when it’s due for renewal at the end of your current 12-month period. 

Don’t worry—We have another option!

  • WAVECONNECT EU SIM Multi Network Sim. one of the costs for either 12 months or 24 months. This SIM will work in the UK & EU. The price for this starts at £50+vat

What Do You Need to Do?

To avoid any disruption in service, if you use a SIM, you will need to purchase a new SIM either from us or via another third party.
